一、設(shè)備工藝流程

N95全自動(dòng)折疊口罩一體機(jī)是用于生產(chǎn)折疊口罩生產(chǎn)線的全自動(dòng)機(jī)器,采用超聲波技術(shù),將3~6層PP無紡布、活性炭濾材以及過濾材料等部品進(jìn)行熔接.整套設(shè)備經(jīng)過無紡布熔接,耳帶熔接、印刷、對(duì)折、封邊、滾切等一體化全自動(dòng)折疊生產(chǎn)工藝,可加工3M 9001、9002等和其它折疊口罩.根據(jù)產(chǎn)品需求所選用的原材料可以生產(chǎn)出達(dá)到如FFP1、FFP2、N95等不同的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的口罩,全程生產(chǎn)無需人才參與,全自動(dòng)完成生產(chǎn)成品.

1. Euipment process

The N95 automatic folding mask individual machine is a fully automatic machine used to produce a folding mask production line. It uses ultrasonic technology to weld 3 to 6 layers of PP non-woven fabric, activated carbon filter materials and filter materials. The whole set of euipment -es non-woven fabric welding, earband welding, printing, half-folding, edge banding, rolling cutting and other integrated automatic folding production processes, which can process 3M 9001, 9002 and other folding masks. The raw materials selected according to product reuirements can produce masks that meet different standards such as FFP1, FFP2, N95, etc. The entire production process does not reuire talents to participate, and the finished products are completed automatically.
